Notice to all students at OCI !!!

Last date to get registered with our HTS partner is 06/09/2011

Dear OCI Students

We have some very good news for you. The temporary suspension is being overcome. An established Highly Trusted Sponsor College (HTS) has fortunately agreed to take on our students. This is good news for you because:

1. You will not have to reapply to UKBA (or pay £395)

2. You will not lose your current visa status

3. You will not have an interruption to your courses and academic success.

There are greater benefits to you of OCI’s restructuring and being under the sponsorship of the HTS College, for the Health & Social Care students and in fact all serious students.

DO YOU WANT TO FIND OUT MORE? Then you must come at 10 a.m and 1 pm on Monday 15th August  or at 10 a.m on Tuesday 16th August 2011 at Oxford College International

There will be a presentation from our HTS partners and a chance to get to know them and ask questions. We will spell out your options and the procedures at the presentations. However, please note that it is an urgent matter and the HTS College will only accept OCI students within perhaps a time frame of seven days.

Please be aware that students that do not meet the HTS and OCI’s compliancy conditions and do not sign up within the time given will have no choice but to:

1. Make a new Tier 4 application to another less reputable college, for a visa extension (and pay £395 extra) and wait for a response.

2. Have maintenance funds in their bank account for 28 days of (£1,200) and new college fees of £3000+. This means a total of £4,600+

3. You would also lose your current student visa rights.

We hope you can see it is better to be with our partner HTS college than to have to go through a whole new Tier 4 application again. So it is in your interests to meet the conditions of Oxford College International and the HTS College. You should also know that  the plans we have are for the benefit of our OCI students.

We look forward to seeing you at the presentation next week.
